What is the UCMR5 Report?
A: Our water system was randomly selected to be tested for unregulated contaminates, this above report breaks down the results.
What does the results mean?
A: Our UCMR5 testing met every required parameter, and results show that no harmful unregulated contaminants were present in our water system.
Why is there two options for the report?
A: One attachment is the PDF summary of the results, and the other is the original Excel spreadsheet where the data was recorded.
Why did I recevie the Reporting letter Notice?
A: Because you as a customer deserve to know, and for transparency we posted it on our webiste with the results.

Explining of the December 2025 Notice
What does this notice mean?
A: In Short: PSD's are required to send samples monthly for testing, in December there was an issue with the sample we sent. It was missing a employee signature on the sample.
Was there a problem with our water?
A: The samples passed inspection and all testing parameters were acceptable. The violation was issued solely because the required signature was missing from the documentation. Without the completed signature line, the sample could not be officially accepted for reporting purposes.
Why did I recieve this notice?
A: Because as Customer you are intitled to know, and we belive in transparency.
