The tap and deposit fee of $359.77 must be paid with this application. Service is required to be paid for 36 months continually before shut off can be requested.

Tap fee ($300.00) is non-refundable once work is started.

Leak adjustments will not be given for unusual usage due to leaking commodes, dripping faucets, outside faucets, hydrants, malfunctioning appliances, and similar situations that would be easily noticed by the customer.

**All Leak Adjustments are subject to Water Board Approval.

In the case of a customer requesting an installment plan for the payment of a large bill due to a leak, all the terms of the plan must be met by the customer to avoid penalty charges on current bills.
