MISSION STATEMENT
Preston County PSD #4 is committed to its fundamental objective as a water utility:
To provide and protect an adequate water supply and system of the highest quality while meeting or exceeding all regulatory requirements as economically possible and in an environmentally-sound manner for the growing residential and commercial needs of northern Preston County.
Rate increase effective 10/2024. New Rates are listed on the Rate Tab (See Water Drop Down) at the top of the screen.
Changes in procedures!
The late payment processing system will take effect on 7/1/25
- Bill will become Delinquent on the 21st and must be paid 32 days after the past due date or termination of service will occur.
Payment Agreements will start to be offered with 10% down and the amount after 10% will be broken into 12 monthly payments in addition to the normal usage bill.
- All bills must be paid by the 20th of every month or the contract becomes null in void and full balance plus any fees due at the time.
